What is the payment schedule?
Booking fee starts at ฿100,000 for Studio and 1 - BR, ฿200,00 for 2 and 3 BR and ฿500,000 for Penthouse, followed by a 30% down payment 14 days after booking date. A further 30% is spread across the construction period. The remaining 40% is due on transfer at completion. Foreign freehold quota is available on qualifying units.
When will the project be completed?
