What is a VIP viewing trip?

A fully planned property trip, usually between one and five days, built around what you want to achieve. Everything is agreed with you in advance so the trip is organised around your priorities.

Am I obligated to buy?

Not at all. Some people come to explore Thailand and understand the market for the first time; others arrive hoping to find the property they want to buy.

How many properties will I see?

It’s quality over quantity. If we’ve done the preparation properly, we should already have narrowed things down to the right number of properties for you.

Do you help with the logistics?

Yes. We help you plan the itinerary in advance and coordinate things on the ground, with as much support as you need. What’s included is agreed before you travel.

What happens on the planning call?
